LIGHT & SIMPLE BRUNCH

One of my all time favourite combinations for a light and simple Sunday morning eats is sourdough spread with full cream ricotta, toppled with walnuts and fresh figs, lightly drizzled with organic honey and sprinkled with cinnamon. Even though figs aren’t in season in Australia at the moment, I picked these up from my local grocer on the weekend and they are locally grown- yes they are pricier than normal but tasted ever-so-delish!
